Returns and Exchanges
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
- Shipping Errors: If we make a mistake with your order, such as shipping the wrong item or quantity, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will correct the error and cover any associated shipping costs.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Returns for reasons other than product defect or shipping error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process

Important Notes:
- You must notify us of your intent to return a defective product or report a shipping error within 15 days of receiving the order. Returns not reported within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
